Initial Interview + Consultation

Choosing your doula is a deeply personal decision, this free consultation gives us the chance to connect and see if we’re the right fit for one another.

During this 30-45 minute session, we’ll talk about your birth preferences, any fears or questions you may have, and the type of support you’re looking for during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I’ll also share more about my approach as a trauma informed and holistic doula, so you can feel confident and comfortable moving forward.
