Quartz Nirvana is a women’s holistic wellness and doula care practice in Tacoma, Washington, founded by Shakaela Riggins. We specialize in compassionate birth support and holistic healing for women throughout pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and beyond.

Our services include doula care in Tacoma, prenatal and postpartum support, chakra alignment, somatic healing, aura cleansing, and grief support. We also host women’s wellness workshops in Tacoma, including inner child healing sessions, paint nights, intention setting circles and vision board gatherings.
